SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Delivery of products purchased on the Rivintagekilo website takes place within 7–14 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

During periods of high demand, such as the Christmas holidays, sales, drops, or other peak periods, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the Box. You can check them by proceeding to checkout with the desired product.

Returns

For wholesale purchases, returns will only be accepted in the event of an obvious error on the part of Rivintagekilo. Returns are not accepted for subjective reasons, such as “I don’t like an item” or “there are defects,” as some of these may be signs of wear and age because the garments are second-hand.

If an error was made by Rivintagekilo:

  • Contact customer support via the chat on the website or on our Instagram page @rivintageklilo no later than 24 hours after receiving the order.
  • Provide the order number and attach photos and evidence of the error.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The return must be scheduled within 14 days of the package delivery date or the date on which the return is accepted. Returned products remain the buyer’s responsibility until they are received by Rivintagekilo.

Items eligible for return that were purchased on the Rivintagekilo website may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.

To make a return, you must contact customer service before the 14-day deadline.

Return procedure

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Return costs

Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return exceptions

Some types of items/orders cannot be returned, including discounted items, in-person and video-call purchases, personalized orders, orders involving garment washing, grade B/C items, mixed-grade items, items sold by the kilo [This is because their appeal is based on the element of surprise and the randomness of the product selection], and wholesale deals.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item/order.

Refunds

The number of returned items will be carefully checked. A refund will be issued in the form of a discount voucher to be used on the website, excluding shipping costs.

The return and refund process may take up to 14 business days from receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies regarding the weight, style, or quality of the goods must be reported within 24 hours of signing for delivery to be considered valid.

Since these are second-hand garments, it is not possible to know whether the product has been used by buyers. For this reason, under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued. Refunds will always be provided in the form of a discount voucher to be spent on the website.

GRADE A

Items in this category stand out for their excellent overall condition: no obvious stains, noticeable tears, or significant defects. Each piece is carefully selected by our team, with a trained eye for quality and minimal wear.

That said, these are still vintage and second-hand items: small imperfections such as slight fading, minor signs of wear, or subtly worn details may contribute to the unique character of each item included in our boxes.

To present the items at their best, we always recommend washing or treating them again upon receipt.

GRADE B

Grade B pieces retain a good fit and overall quality, but show more noticeable signs of wear: fading, small fabric stains, or slight unraveling may be present.

They are offered at a more accessible price because they may require a little extra attention beyond a simple wash.

These boxes are perfect for those who love giving garments a new lease on life: with a little care, many items can return to their original splendor.

GRADE C

Grade C items have obvious defects such as prominent stains, holes, or other signs of wear that are difficult to repair. These garments are generally not included in our standard selection, but may occasionally be included in Grade B/C boxes, depending on the category.

It is important to note that the distinction between Grade B and C can vary: for example, jackets tend to show more signs of wear than T-shirts or sweatshirts, while still falling within the same grading level.
