Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item/order must be in the same condition you received it, you must not exchange items, and we must receive all items we send to you. You have 14 days to return the item/order you purchased if you don't like the items you received or simply because you changed your mind. If you ship the item/order 14 days after receiving it, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@rivintagekilo.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. Please note that our bag/package/batch may contain 10% grade B items due to human screening errors that may occur during product selection. If you receive a bag/package/batch that contains more than 10% grade B items, you may be eligible for a refund, otherwise you may not.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items/orders cannot be returned, such as sale items, physical and video picks, customized orders, orders where washing clothes is involved, B/C grade items, miscellaneous items categories, items sold per kilo and in-stock offers. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item/order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
