1. Refund CONDITIONS.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER YOU WILL THEREFORE ACCEPT OUR REFUND POLICY.
For wholesale purchases, returns will be accepted only in case of obvious error by Rivintagekilo. Returns are not accepted for subjective reasons, such as "I don't like an item" or "there are defects" since some of these may be part of the signs of time being second hand garments.
If a mistake has been made by Rivintagekilo:
- Contact customer service via chat on the site or on our instagram page @rivintageklilo within 24 hours from receipt of the order.
- Please indicate the order number and attach photos and evidence of the error.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The return must be scheduled within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package or from the date of acceptance of the return. Returned products remain the buyer's responsibility until they are received by Rivintagekilo .
A careful check will be made on the number of returned items. A refund will be issued in the form of a discount voucher to be used on the website, net of shipping costs .
The return and refund process can take up to 14 business days from receipt of the merchandise. Any discrepancies in weight, style or quality of the merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the delivery to be considered valid.
Since these are second-hand clothes, it is not possible to know if the product has been used by buyers. For this reason, in no case will a refund be issued in cash. The refund will always be in the form of a discount voucher to spend on the website.
2. EXCEPTIONS/Non-returnable ITEMS
Some types of items/orders cannot be returned, such as sale items, physical and video call purchases, custom orders, orders involving washing of clothes, b/c grade items, mixed grade items, items sold by the kilo [This is because their appeal is based on the element of surprise and randomness of product selection] and wholesale deals.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item/order.
3. REFUND IN CASE OF DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS RELATED TO YOUR ORDER.
Upon receipt of YOUR ORDER, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it PROMPTLY.
STARTING FROM THE 15TH DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE YOU RECEIVED the item/order, you will not be eligible TO OBTAIN a refund.
Please note that our bag/package/ballot may contain “grade B” items, [WHICH MAY BE DAMAGED] due to human checking errors that may occur during product selection.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved ACCORDING TO OUR REFUND POLICY. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Il nostro team mette grande cura ed esperienza nella valutazione degli articoli vintage. Ci impegniamo a garantire una classificazione il più accurata possibile per ogni ordine. Tuttavia, vista la particolarità e l’unicità di ogni capo vintage, può esserci un margine di tolleranza del 10-15% nella valutazione.

GRADO A
I capi che rientrano in questa categoria si distinguono per l’ottimo stato generale: niente macchie evidenti, strappi vistosi o difetti compromettenti. Ogni pezzo viene attentamente selezionato dal nostro team, con un occhio allenato alla qualità e all’usura minima.
Detto questo, parliamo pur sempre di vintage e second-hand: piccole imperfezioni come leggere scoloriture, micro segni d’uso o dettagli appena vissuti possono far parte del carattere unico di ogni articolo incluso nelle nostre box.

GRADO B
I pezzi di Grado B mantengono una buona vestibilità e qualità generale, ma presentano segni d’usura più evidenti: scoloriture, piccole macchie sul tessuto o leggeri scuciture possono essere presenti.
Vengono proposti a un prezzo più accessibile proprio perché potrebbero richiedere qualche attenzione in più rispetto a un semplice lavaggio.
Queste box sono perfette per chi ama dare nuova vita ai capi: con un po’ di cura, molti articoli possono tornare al loro splendore originale.

GRADO C
Gli articoli di Grado C presentano difetti evidenti come macchie marcate, fori o altri segni di usura difficili da sistemare. Di solito, questi capi non rientrano nella nostra selezione standard, ma possono essere inseriti occasionalmente in box Grado B/C, a seconda della categoria.
È importante considerare che il confine tra Grado B e C può variare: ad esempio, le giacche tendono a mostrare più segni del tempo rispetto a t-shirt o felpe, pur rientrando nello stesso livello di valutazione.
