1. Definitions

• "Rivintagekilo" is the trade name of RIVINTAGEKILO SRL, with registered office at VIA IGNAZIO SILONE 1/3 CAPALBIO (GR)
• "Customer" means the individual or legal entity purchasing Rivintagekilo products.
• "Products" means the goods offered for sale by Rivintagekilo.
• "Order" means a purchase request for one or more Products made by the Customer.
• "Price" means the selling price of a Product, including VAT and any shipping costs.
• "Shipping costs" means the expenses incurred by Rivintagekilo for delivering the Products to the Customer.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract between Rivintagekilo and the Customer is concluded when Rivintagekilo accepts the Order.

Rivintagekilo accepts the Order by email within 24 hours of receiving the Order.

If the Order is not accepted, Rivintagekilo will notify the Customer by email.

3. Price and shipping costs

The prices of the Products are indicated on Rivintagekilo's website.

Shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart before the Order is finalized.

4. Payment methods

The Customer may pay for the Order by credit card or bank transfer.

In the event of payment by credit card, the Customer will be redirected to the bank's or payment network's website to complete the transaction.

In the event of payment by bank transfer, the Customer must make the transfer within 3 days of the Order date.

5. Delivery

The Products will be delivered to the Customer within 7-14 business days from the date the Order is accepted, or, in the event of high demand, within 15-30 days.

The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order.

6. Right of withdrawal

REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, YOU ACCEPT OUR REFUND TERMS.

For wholesale purchases, returns will be accepted only in the event of an obvious error by Rivintagekilo. Returns are not accepted for subjective reasons, such as "I don't like an item" or "there are defects", since some of these may be signs of age, as the garments are second-hand.

If an error was made by Rivintagekilo:

• Contact customer support via chat on the website or on our Instagram page @rivintageklilo no later than 24 hours after receiving the order.
• Provide the order number and attach photos and evidence of the error.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The return must be scheduled within 14 days of the package delivery date or the date on which the return is accepted. Returned products remain the buyer's responsibility until they are received by Rivintagekilo.

The number of returned items will be carefully checked. A refund will be issued in the form of a discount voucher to be used on the website, minus shipping costs.

The return and refund process may take up to 14 business days from receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies regarding the weight, style, or quality of the goods must be reported within 24 hours of signing for delivery to be considered valid.

Since these are second-hand clothes, it is not possible to know whether the product has been used by buyers. For this reason, under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued. The refund will always be provided in the form of a discount voucher to be spent on the website.

7. Warranty

The Products sold by Rivintagekilo are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity as described.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to request repair or replacement of the Product.

8. Competent Court

For any dispute arising from the sales contract between Rivintagekilo and the Customer, the court of Grosseto shall have jurisdiction.

9. Privacy

The Customer’s personal data will be processed by Rivintagekilo in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Miscellaneous

These terms of sale are governed by Italian law.

If one or more clauses of these terms of sale are void or invalid, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.

Rivintagekilo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any of the brands or manufacturers of the items sold. All products available on our platform are carefully selected and authentic second-hand items. The mentioned brands are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the characteristics of the items.

Condition of the Items

The items sold by Rivintagekilo are pre-owned and may show slight signs of wear. Each product is inspected and, where necessary, undergoes cleaning and restoration processes to ensure a high-quality standard.

Origin of the Products

Rivintagekilo imports items from qualified suppliers and is committed to offering high-quality products. However, we cannot guarantee that the items were maintained according to specific standards before we received them.

Limitation of Liability

Rivintagekilo disclaims any liability for claims or disputes relating to the brands sold or the origin of the products, in full compliance with applicable laws.
