1. Definitions
- "Rivintagekilo" is the trademark of RIVINTAGEKILO SRL, with registered office in VIA IGNAZIO SILONE 1/3 CAPALBIO (GR)
- "Customer" is the natural or legal person who purchases Rivintagekilo products.
- "Products" are the goods offered for sale by Rivintagekilo.
- "Order" is the request to purchase one or more Products by the Customer.
- “Price” is the selling price of a Product, including VAT and any shipping costs.
- "Shipping costs" are the costs incurred by Rivintagekilo for the delivery of the Products to the Customer.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract between Rivintagekilo and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance of the Order by Rivintagekilo.
Rivintagekilo accepts the Order via email, within 24 hours of receiving the Order.
In case of non-acceptance of the Order, Rivintagekilo will notify the Customer via email.
3. Price and shipping costs
The prices of the Products are indicated on the Rivintagekilo website.
Shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart, before finalizing the Order.
4. Payment methods
The Customer can pay for the Order by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of payment by credit card, the Customer will be redirected to the website of the bank or payment circuit to complete the transaction.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer must make the transfer within 3 days from the date of the Order.
5. Delivery
The Products will be delivered to the Customer within 7-14 working days from the date of acceptance of the Order or in case of high demand 15-30 days.
The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Order.
6. Right of withdrawal
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER YOU WILL THEREFORE ACCEPT OUR REFUND POLICY.
For bulk purchases, returns will only be accepted in the event of obvious mistake by Rivintagekilo. Returns are not accepted for reasons subjective , such as "I don't like an item" or "there are defects" since some of these may be part of the signs of aging being second-hand clothes.
If an error has been made by Rivintagekilo:
- Contact customer support via chat on the website or on our Instagram page @rivintageklilo within 24 hours . from receipt of the order.
- Please indicate the order number and attach photos and evidence of the error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The return must be scheduled within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package or from the date of acceptance of the return. Returned products remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are received by Rivintagekilo .
A careful check will be carried out on the number of returned items. A refund will be issued in the form of discount coupon for use on the website, net of shipping costs .
The return and refund process can take up to 14 business days. Upon receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies in weight, style, or quality of the goods must be communicated within 24 hours of signing for delivery to be considered valid.
Since these are second-hand clothes, it is not possible to know if the product has been used by the buyers. For this reason, under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued. Refunds will always be in the form of a discount voucher to be used on the website.

7. Warranty
The products sold by Rivintagekilo are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as per description.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product.

For any dispute arising from the sales contract between Rivintagekilo and the Customer, the Court of Grosseto shall have jurisdiction.
9. Privacy

Origin of Products
Rivintagekilo imports items from qualified suppliers and is committed to providing high-quality products. However, we cannot guarantee that the items have been maintained to specific standards before we receive them.

How we rate our articles
Our team takes great care and experience in appraising vintage items. We strive to ensure the most accurate grading possible for each order. However, given the unique nature of each vintage item, there may be a 10-15% tolerance in the appraisal.
GRADE A
Items in this category are distinguished by their excellent overall condition: no obvious stains, visible tears, or compromising defects. Each piece is carefully selected by our team, with a keen eye for quality and minimal wear.
That said, we're still talking about vintage and second-hand: small imperfections such as light discoloration, micro signs of use, or barely-used details can be part of the unique character of each item included in our boxes.
GRADE B
Grade B pieces maintain good fit and overall quality, but show more obvious signs of wear: discoloration, small stains on the fabric, or light unstitching may be present.
They are offered at a more accessible price precisely because they may require a little more attention than a simple wash.
These boxes are perfect for those who love to give new life to garments: with a little care, many items can return to their original splendor.
GRADE C
Grade C items have obvious defects such as prominent stains, holes, or other signs of wear that are difficult to fix. These items typically fall outside our standard selection, but may occasionally be placed in Grade B/C boxes, depending on the category.
It is important to consider that the boundary between Grade B and C can vary: for example, jackets tend to show more signs of aging than t-shirts or sweatshirts, even though they fall within the same rating level.
